Are you a youth worker dedicated to fostering inclusion and diversity in your community? This training course is designed specifically for those who want to enhance skills in supporting migrants, minorities, and disadvantaged communities through non-formal education. You'll deepen your understanding of diversity in Europe, learn strategies to improve youth services, and explore how you can use your role in youth work to promote inclusion.

With practical, hands-on learning, you’ll gain the tools to design and implement local activities focused on inclusion, manage diversity effectively, and connect with other youth workers across Europe. By the end of the course, you'll be ready to develop and assess educational programs that empower disadvantaged youth, especially those from migrant and minority backgrounds.

The project has the following objectives:
- Deepen understanding of diversity in Europe and its value
- Develop strategies within the youth work context to enhance youth services for migrants, minorities, and
disadvantaged communities
- Explore the role of youth work in inclusion strategies while utilizing diversity management tools
- Design and implement local activities focused on the inclusion of migrants, minorities, and disadvantaged communities
- Strengthen connections among individuals and organizations involved in this topic in youth work
