Vrijwilligersweekend JOETZ – 2 t.e.m. 4 oktober in Brussel
Heb jij deze zomer zotte herinneringen gemaakt tijdens een JOETZ-project in binnen- of buitenland? Heb je zin in een reünie met de deelnemers uit jouw project? Heb je een rol opgenomen als trainer, facilitator, groepsleider of als deelnemer en wens je graag je engagement te verdiepen? Kom af naar het vrijwilligersweekend!
Tijdens dit weekend:
✅ Blikken we terug op jullie avonturen en internationale projecten
✅ Horen we waar JOETZ jou heeft gebracht – van inspirerende Europese plekken tot nieuwe inzichten
✅ Evalueren we samen en leren uit uitdagingen én kansen
✅ Bouwen we samen aan nieuwe Youth Exchanges en projecten voor 2027!
Wil jij mee nadenken over het aanbod van JOETZ, zelf een internationale uitwisseling begeleiden of zelfs leiderschap opnemen (vrijwillig of betaald)? Dan is dit jouw kans om impact te maken op de toekomst van het internationaal jeugdwerk!
👉 Schrijf je in vóór maandag 28/09, let op plaatsen zijn beperkt.
Praktisch:
- Het weekend start op vrijdagavond 2/10 om 18u30 (later aansluiten is mogelijk)
- We ronden het weekend af omstreeks 12u - 12u30 op zondag 4/10
- Het weekend is GRATIS, al vragen we wel om niet last-minute af te zeggen (zie inschrijvingsformulier)
- Een overzicht en "what to bring" zal een week voor de start doorgestuurd worden

JOETZ Volunteers’ Weekend – Oktober 2 to 4 in Brussels
Did you make some amazing memories this summer during a JOETZ project at home or abroad? Would you like to reunite with the participants from your project? Did you take on a role as a trainer, facilitator, group leader, or participant, and would you like to deepen your involvement? Come join us for the volunteer weekend!
During this weekend:
✅ We’ll look back on your adventures and international projects
✅ We’ll hear where JOETZ has taken you, from inspiring European destinations to new insights
✅ We’ll evaluate together and learn from both challenges and opportunities
✅ We’ll work together to plan new Youth Exchanges and projects for 2027!
Do you want to co-create JOETZ’s future programs, lead an international exchange, or even take on a leadership role (voluntary or paid)? Then this is your chance to make an impact on the future of international youth work!
👉 Register by Monday 28/09, please note that spaces are limited.
Practical Info:
- The weekend kicks off on Friday, October 2 at 6:30 PM (joining later is possible).
- We’ll wrap up around 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM on Sunday, October 5.
- The weekend is FREE, but we kindly ask you not to cancel last minute (see registration form for details).
- An overview and a “what to bring” list will be sent out one week before the start
