What You’ll Gain:

This unique program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of menstrual health, delivered through non-formal education methods, making it practical, engaging, and easy to integrate into your youth work practice. You’ll gain insights that help break down stigmas and open meaningful conversations with young people about menstrual health.

Expert Insights:

  • EndoTalks, a prominent NGO specializing in menstrual health and endometriosis, will provide valuable information on menstrual-related health conditions and how they affect young people.
  • An expert from Cyklická žena will share how understanding the menstrual cycle as a natural rhythm can benefit young women, helping them live in harmony with their cycles.
  • Bára from Za lepší menstruaci, a primary school educator, will offer natural, practical approaches to managing menstrual pain, equipping you with tools to support young people’s well-being.
